Where can I locate my VIN number, trim code, color code, or production date?
To locate your VIN number, trim code, color code, or option code on a Subaru vehicle.  Open the hood of your car and on the drivers side right next to the strut mount is a metal tag with the info.  On the metal tag at the top you will see your VIN number, below that on the left side will be the  See the photo here for more details.

This is where the VIN tag is located.

If you’re vehicle was produced after 2005 your VIN tag may be located on the lower portion of the drivers or passengers door. It may also be located on the pillar between the front and rear doors on the passengers or drivers side.

Production date information is located on the drivers side door on Subaru vehicles manufactured prior to 2005.  After 2005 the production date location varies between the drivers or passengers door or it may be on the pillar between the front and rear door.

What is your warranty and/or return policy?
The majority of our parts come with at least a 30 day warranty. If you have your invoice you can read your warranty/return policy at the bottom or call us. Certain part types may have different return policies or warranties. All of our warranties are for parts only we do not cover any labor charges. Please contact us we’d be happy to answer any questions you may have concerning our warranty/return policies.

Do you stock new parts?
Yes, we stock hundreds of new parts! We can ship them directly to you or have them available for you to pickup. Please call our sales team for details on the new parts we carry.

What is the difference between rebuilt and re-manufactured parts?
Rebuilt and re-manufactured parts are basically the same. Cores are taken and rebuilt/repaired to meet or exceed original manufacturer specifications. All of our rebuilds have a core charge so that we can continue to offer rebuilt/re-man parts at a fair price.

What is a core charge?
A core charge is a fee that is charged upon ordering a rebuilt part. The fee is refunded to you once we receive the defective unit from you. All of our rebuilt parts have a core charge. When ordering our sales team will be happy to help you with any questions you may have about core charges.

How do I know what year I have, or what engine size my vehicle is?
If you can provide us with your VIN number we can quickly and accurately determine what the year and engine size of your car is. Please see this question for help with finding your VIN number.  You can also locate the engine size on the VIN tag of most Subaru models.

Are your parts on the shelf ready for pickup?
Many of our parts are on the shelf, however we are always getting in new stock so some parts may still be on the vehicles. Our sales team will inform you as to whether or not the part is on the shelf or needs to be removed. They will also be able to tell you when you can expect the part to be ready to be shipped out, picked up, or delivered.
